We welcome you to our holiday home in Elviria, only 2 minutes walk from Las Cañas beach and Nikki Beach Club. The old town of Marbella is a 15 minute drive away.

This holiday home with modern and contemporary decoration, has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the best moments of peace and relaxation.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining area and direct access to the terrace and a fully fitted kitchen.

The living-dining room is equipped with a sofa, an armchair and TV. The dining room is equipped with a table for 4 people. The terrace has two visibly divided rooms, the first room is a chill out area with a sofa, two armchairs and a low table and the second room is the outdoor dining area with a table for 8 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances: induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. It is also equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchenware.

The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed of 1'80 m and direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom is en suite, with walk-in shower and double washbasin.

We provide bath towels and bed linen so you don't have to worry about anything. And for an additional supplement we can provide you with beach towels.

The house has air conditioning, WIFI and a parking space. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

In the urbanization you can enjoy two swimming pools for adults (open from 08:00 to 21:00, from June 15 to September 15, subject to availability) and if you have small children there is a paddling pool for children (open 08:00 to 21:00, all year round), also in the pool area there are sun loungers and umbrellas for the comfort of the guests of the Hacienda Playa community. In addition, there is a tennis court and a paddle court.
