The main bedroom has 2 double beds of 135 × 200 with bathroom en suite. And the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bathroom opposite. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, so you can adapt the temperature and heating in all rooms. We provide bedding and towels so you only have to bring your personal items.

The main bathroom has a bathtub, a sink and a toilet and the second bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, toaster, blender and with all kinds of kitchen utensils such as plates, cutlery, etc.

The living room has a table with 4 chairs and a large sofa with a TV.

From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace and the private garden with sun loungers. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table with 4 chairs and a small table with 4 armchairs.

The ground floor apartment is located in El Rodeito, near Puerto Banús, where you can find beach restaurants, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Also, the center of Marbella is only 12 minutes away and Malaga airport is approx. 50 minutes away.

Guest access Community areas include well maintained green gardens, a large community pool, a children's play area and a tennis court. Guests will have unrestricted access to all facilities.

In front of the apartment there is a public car park with many parking possibilities, you will have no problem finding a free parking place near the apartment.
