It has four bedrooms, three of them has queen size beds and the last room has two single beds. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated and perfect for a family up to 8 people.It has a nice planning with kitchen and living room connected with each other. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday stay. There are dinner furnitures both inside and outside. Behind the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. From the living room you'll have the door out to a big terrace with dining and lounge area perfect for BBQ. The apartment has wifi, smart TV and air conditioning. The guests have access to communal swimming pool. There is parking on the street outside the gate where the guests can park. From this apartment you can easily walk to Puerto Banus where you'll find the beautiful beach, shops, harbour and restaurants. Check-in after 22.00 has an additional fee of 100 euro. No young groups is accepted. We keep the right to cancel reservations of any young groups.
