This one bedroom apartment is quite unique as it has a spectacular sea view, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, ideal for a holiday when staying in Estepona port. The lounge has a TV with full British and international channels including Sky, it also has a high speed fibre optic internet connection. There is a spacious closed balcony with direct sea views across the port and out to sea. The bedroom has a super king size bed and an extra single bed on the closed balcony for a third guest. A central air conditioning system is available for the whole apartment and a an open plan kitchen with no dishwasher. There are ceiling fans plus two extra portable fans for ventilation. Two swimming pools are available in the community only available during peak season (please enquire). Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. This apartment is located in the centre of Estepona's marina overlooking the sea and within a few miutes' walk to many supermarkets, bars and great restaurants. Closeby you'll find the bull ring which you can visit for free during opening times. There is a large mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Reinaldo's is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 20 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look! Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona's income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes' drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
